Returns & Exchanges

At Ritualé, we are committed to delivering premium skincare products with the highest standards of quality and care. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer returns or exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Wrong items delivered

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation by contacting us at care@ritualeofficial.com. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once the return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used products
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
  • Gift cards
